Our Planned Maintenance Programs

An annual maintenance program will assure that your system will operate in its prime condition for the heating and cooling seasons. For your convenience, we will give you a call when it’s time for your annual maintenance.

Heat Pump & A/C:

  1. Clean coils
  2. Check refrigerant charge
  3. Lubricate motors
  4. Check reversing valve
  5. Check auxillary electric heat
  6. Calibrate heat anticipator
  7. Check & adjust defrost controls
  8. Tighten electrical connections
  9. Check thermostat calibration
  10. Check for overall safe & efficient operation

Gas Furnace:

  1. Check manifold gas pressure
  2. Check gas valve for proper operation
  3. Clean burners as needed
  4. Check heat exchanger
  5. Check flue for corrosion or possible obstruction
  6. Lubricate blower motor as needed
  7. Check thermostat calibration
  8. Check for overall safe & efficient operation

Cost

Our maintenance plan pricing is $65.00 per hour. We will be happy to quote annual and quarterly contracts, including filter changes.
